Ingredients
2 slices of white bread peanut butter, to spread raspberry jam, to spread ½ banana, peeled and sliced knob of butter
Method
1. Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and then with raspberry jam. Arrange the slices of banana on top and then sandwich with the remaining slice of bread. 2. Gently heat the butter in a pan and pan-fry the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve.
