Method
1. Preheat grill. 2. Place the oats on a baking tray and sprinkle over the sugar. 3. Toast the oats under the grill for 2-3 minutes. 4. Remove the oats and combine with the spice and orange zest. 5. Fold the toasted oat mixture into the whipped cream. 6. Add the orange segments. 7. Spoon the cranachan into a tall dessert glass and serve.
