110g/4oz flour 55g/2oz butter 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 free-range egg For the filling 2 oranges, segmented drizzle honey
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. 2. Place the flour, butter, cinnamon and egg into a food processor and pulse to make a thick dough. You may need one tablespoon of water to bind. 3. Roll the pastry out thinly and place the oranges on top. 4. Fold the edges of the pastry around the oranges to encase the filling, forming a rustic open 'pie' shape. 5. Drizzle the oranges with honey. 6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve warm.
