Method

1. Preheat the grill to high.
2. Place the cocoa powder, golden syrup and milk into a small saucepan, over a moderate heat, and allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, place the marshmallows onto a baking tray, and place under the hot grill for two minutes, until golden and toasted.
4. To serve, pour the chocolate drink into two cups, place the toasted marshmallows inside, and allow to melt a little, before serving.
