Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry 4 tbsp caster sugar 3 tsp cranberry sauce 4 slices of brie few thyme leaves 1 egg, beaten
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. 2. Crumple the edges of the pastry using your fingers to create a crimped effect. Place on a non-stick baking tray. 3. Sprinkle the sugar over and then spread the cranberry sauce over. 4. Top with the brie slices and scatter the thyme leaves over. 5. Brush the edges of the tart with the beaten egg and then bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until crisp and golden and the cheese has melted. 6. Serve.
