Ingredients

1 Reblochon cheese 1 sprig rosemary 2 slices bread 1 tbsp olive oil
Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220C/430F/Gas 7. 2. Insert the rosemary through the cheese and place in a small baking dish. 3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan and griddle the bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. Brush with the olive oil. 5. Serve the baked cheese with the toast for dipping.
