Ingredients
10fl oz/284ml milk 4 asparagus tips few thyme leaves salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Bring the milk to a simmer in a pan and add the asparagus tips with the thyme leaves and seasoning. 2. Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes, until the asparagus is tender. 3. Transfer to a liquidiser/blender and blend until smooth. 4. Pour into cappuccino cups or espresso cups to serve.
