Method
1. Place half the chives and all the chervil in the base of a deep cocktail glass. 2. Top with a little olive oil and the half the lemon juice. 3. Top the herbs with the prawns. 4. Combine ½ chives, the rest of the lemon juice, the ketchup, Greek yoghurt and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. 5. Spoon the above sauce on top of the prawns and serve.
