Ingredients
110g/4oz rolled oats 275ml/9½fl oz water or milk 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Method
1. Place the oats and water or milk in a small pan. 2. Bring to the boil, stirring to encourage the porridge to thicken. 3. When the porridge has thickened (about 5-7 minutes), remove from the heat. 4. Pour the porridge into bowls. 5. Top with maple syrup and serve.
