Pickle of grapes and green beans other

Serves 1

Cooking time less than 10 mins

Vegetarian Quick Recipe


Ingredients
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp butter
100g/3½oz grapes
50g/1¾oz brown sugar
50g/1¾oz green beans, chopped
½ tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp chopped parsley


Method
1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the red wine vinegar, grapes and brown sugar and cook for five minutes over a low heat.
2. Add the chopped green beans and chilli powder and cook for a further two minutes.
3. Stir through the chopped parsley, transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
