Peanut, bacon and avocado sandwich sandwich
no chef by The Flour Advisory Bureau
Serves 4

Preparation time less than 30 mins

Cooking time less than 10 mins

Quick Recipe


Ingredients
8 thick slices of wholemeal bread, buttered
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise
8 rashers bacon, grilled
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
shredded iceberg lettuce
freshly ground black pepper


Method
1. Spread the peanut butter on four slices of bread and mayonnaise on the other four.
2. Place the bacon, avocado, lettuce and pepper on the peanut butter spread slices and top with the mayonnaise spread slices. Cut each round into four.
