Mozzarella pizza mozzarella

Quick Recipe


Ingredients
For the dough
170g/6oz plain flour
pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
55g/2oz butter
85ml-120ml/3fl oz-4fl oz milk (enough to make a dough)
4-5 tbsp tomato purée
½ trout fillet, flaked
110g/4oz mozzarella, sliced
1 egg
1 tsp oregano
salt
freshly ground black pepper


Method
1. Put the flour, salt, baking powder and butter in a food processor and blend.
2. Add just enough milk to make a dough.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1cm/0.5in thick.
4. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet.
5. Spread the tomato purée over the dough.
6. Sprinkle over the trout flake.
7. Place the cheese on the pizza.
8. Crack the egg onto the middle of the pizza.
9. Sprinkle over the oregano and season.
10. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
11. Drizzle over some olive oil and serve.
