20 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp brown sugar
20ml/¾fl oz lime juice
50ml/1¾fl oz white rum
200ml/7fl oz hot water
1. Place the mint and brown sugar into the bottom of a tall heatproof glass.
2. Add the lime juice and mix (muddle) together with the end of a clean rolling pin or wooden spoon.
3. Add the rum, then the hot water and serve.
