4 fresh mint leaves
25ml/1fl oz gin
25ml/1fl oz sweet vermouth
25ml/1fl oz Aperol (Italian bitter orange liqueur)
twist pink grapefruit zest, to garnish
1. Place the mint leaves and the gin into a cocktail shaker and leave to infuse for five minutes.
2. Add the sweet vermouth, Aperol and a handful of ice cubes, and stir with a spoon.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit zest.
