6 slices of ham, cut in half
1 ball buffalo mozzarella, torn into 12 pieces
12 basil leaves
4 char-grilled figs, quartered
olive oil
sea salt
1. On the end of each ham slice, place a piece of mozzarella, basil leaf and a fig quarter.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Roll up and secure with cocktail stick.
4. Refrigerate until required.
