Ingredients
100g/3½oz very fresh halibut, sliced thinly 1 lime, zest and juice only 1 tbsp olive oil sprig fresh coriander and lime wedges, to serve
Method
1. Place the halibut slices onto a serving plate and sprinkle over the lime juice, zest and olive oil. 2. Garnish with coriander and lime wedges and serve at once.
