Haddock marinated in lime juice haddock

Quick Recipe


Ingredients
85g/3oz smoked haddock fillet
2 limes, juice only
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper


Method
1. Slice the haddock into wafer thin slices and place on a plate. Pour the lime juice over the haddock.
2. Leave the haddock for about 10 minutes to soak up the lime juice. To serve, drizzle the fish with olive oil and season well.
