1 bottle olives in brine
a few dashes of vinegar
olive oil for coating
1 garlic, sliced
1 chilli, sliced
handful of fresh basil
1. Pour the brine off the purchased olives.
2. Add a few dashes of your favourite vinegar.
3. Generously coat olives with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Add sliced garlic, chilli and fresh basil.
Tip:
Experiment by trying alternatives, such as lemon rind, oregano stalks, celery, carrots, peppercorns, bay leaves, or any of your favourite ingredients.
