Ingredients
3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 3 thick slices fresh pineapple, skinned, cored and chopped 250g/9oz unsmoked gammon steaks, cut into small cubes 8 flat mushrooms or chestnut flat mushrooms
Method
1. Mix oil, mustard and parsley together. 2. Stir in pineapple and gammon. 3. Place each mushroom on a square of well oiled foil. 4. Spoon on gammon mixture then close up foil to make parcels. 5. Cook on the barbecue for about 10 minutes.
