Elderflower and apple summer punch
Ingredients
ice cubes
50ml/2fl oz Kingston Black apple aperitif (a blend of cider brandy and Kingston Black apple juice available at some supermarkets and online), if unavailable, substitute with a mixture of cider brandy and apple juice
200ml/7fl oz Sicilian-style still lemonade
dash elderflower cordial
slice apple, to garnish
Method
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour over the Kingston Black aperitif, or cider brandy and apple juice. Top up with lemonade and stir in the elderflower cordial.
2. To serve, garnish with an apple slice.
