Ingredients
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
butter, for spreading
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon

Method
1.Preheat the grill to a medium heat.
2.Toast the bread and then spread with the butter.
3. Sprinkle the slices liberally with the sugar and cinnamon.
4.Put the bread under the grill and toast until the sugar has melted and bubbles.
5. Serve with a hot chocolate drink.
