Ingredients
100ml/3½fl oz milk 50ml/2fl oz double cream 50g/1¾oz dark chocolate, grated
Method
1. Place the milk and cream into a small saucepan and heat to a gentle simmer. 2. Remove from the heat and add the grated chocolate, stirring well until it has melted completely. 3. Using a hand blender, froth the chocolate milk mixture. 4. To serve, pour the hot chocolate milk into a coffee cup and spoon over the froth.
