Cheese and walnut sandwich sandwich

Vegetarian Quick Recipe


Ingredients
2 thick slices of bread
85g/3oz cheese, thinly sliced
15g/½oz walnut pieces
black pepper
half apple, sliced
lettuce, sliced
cucumber, sliced
tomato, sliced


Method
1. Spread the bread with butter or low
fat spread.
2. Place the cheese on one slice, sprinkle with walnut pieces and season with black pepper.
3. Top with apple, lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices.
4. Place remaining slice of bread on top.
