Ingredients 2 thick slices of bread85g/3oz cheese, thinly sliced15g/½oz walnut piecesblack pepperhalf apple, slicedlettuce, slicedcucumber, slicedtomato, sliced
Method 1. Spread the bread with butter or lowfat spread.2. Place the cheese on one slice, sprinkle with walnut pieces and season with black pepper.3. Top with apple, lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices.4. Place remaining slice of bread on top.
