Ingredients
5 tomatoes, sliced in half 3-4 mushrooms, sliced 1 clove garlic, chopped 3 tbsp olive oil salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 slice bread, toasted basil to garnish
Method
1. Pan-fry the tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic in the oil for three to four minutes until cooked through. 2. Season, place on the toast and serve garnished with basil.
