Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic 15g/½oz chervil 100g/3½oz potato, peeled, chopped and boiled until soft 50g/1¾oz haddock, poached and flaked salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste chervil leaf, to garnish
Method
1. Place all of the ingredients, except the chervil leaf, into a food processor and blend to a purée. 2. To serve, place into a small bowl and garnish with the chervil leaf.
