40ml/1½fl oz bourbon
20ml/¾fl oz apricot liqueur
25ml/2fl oz orange juice
25ml/2fl oz fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apricot jam
2 dashes orange bitters
½ apricot, stone removed, to garnish
1. Place the bourbon, apricot liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice, apricot jam and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Strain the liquid into a rocks glass and garnish with the apricot half.
