Ingredients
500g/1lb 2oz brussel sprouts 1 tbsp butter/margarine 150g/5oz diced bacon 1 tsp French or 2.5g/½tsp English mustard 200ml/7fl oz cream
Method
1. Cook sprouts according to taste, drain and keep warm. 2. Melt butter/margerine in a pan. 3. Fry bacon, crispy or not, according to taste. 4. Add mustard, whisk/stir and add cream, whisk/stir, add cooked sprouts. 5. Warm up and serve.
