This is a wicked cocktail version of a creamy cappuccino, complete with coffee liqueur and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Pour the sambuca, coffee liqueur, Cognac and double cream into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.

  2. Strain the mixture into a whisky tumbler half-filled with ice. Sprinkle over the chocolate shavings.
