
This is a wicked cocktail version of a creamy cappuccino, complete with coffee liqueur and chocolate shavings.
1 tbsp white sambuca
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
25ml/1fl oz Cognac
50ml/2fl oz double cream
chocolate shavings, for dusting
Pour the sambuca, coffee liqueur, Cognac and double cream into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a whisky tumbler half-filled with ice. Sprinkle over the chocolate shavings.
