
25ml/1fl oz fresh clementine juice
25ml/1fl oz single cream
1 tbsp Christmas mincemeat
dash sugar syrup
25ml Cognac
50ml ruby port
pinch freshly grated nutmeg
mince pies, to serve
Place the clementine juice, cream, mincemeat, sugar syrup, Cognac and ruby port into cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard.
Strain into a small wine glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve with mince pies.
