Chocolate and amaretto sorbet


Preparation method

  1. Dissolve the vanilla sugar in water.

  2. Bring to the boil. Add the cocoa powder.

  3. Simmer on a low heat for 20-25 minutes, it will be very thick.

  4. Leave to cool.

  5. Stir in the liqueur and the vanilla essence.

  6. Place in ice cream maker and churn.

  7. Freeze.
