Place the chilli into a cocktail shaker and mash (muddle) with the end of a rolling pin.
Add the lime juice, agave syrup, tequila, orange liqueur and mango purée with some ice and shake well.
Dampen one side of the rim of a Martini glass and dip into sea salt to coat.
Strain the cocktail into the Martini glass and garnish with a slice of mango.
