
55g/2oz butter
55g/2oz brown sugar
55g/2oz bran flakes
55g/2oz plain flour
30g/1oz pecan nuts
225g/8oz tin cherries, strained, juice reserved
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Place the butter, brown sugar, bran flakes, flour and pecan nuts into a food processor and pulse to break up slightly.
Place the cherries into an ovenproof dish and drizzle over two tablespoons of the juice from the tin.
Place the crumble mixture on top of the cherries and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown.
To serve, place servings of the crumble into bowls.
