Carrot and coriander sour


Preparation method

  1. Place the gin, orange liqueur, carrot juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and chopped coriander into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well, then pour the mixture into an old fashioned glass or a tumbler.

  2. Top up the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a coriander leaf and a carrot stick.
