This sophisticated tipple is perfect for drinking by an open fire, cigar optional.


To garnish
  • twist lemon peel

  • brandied cherry on a cocktail stick

Preparation method

  1. Place the bitters, sugar syrup, cognac and orange twist into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the cocktail into a whisky tumbler filled with ice.

  2. Top with a splash of port and garnish with the lemon twist and a brandied cherry on a cocktail stick.
