Swap your after-dinner coffee for this potent coffee cocktail topped with a liqueur foam.


  • 25ml/1fl oz vodka

  • 25ml/1fl oz Galliano ristretto, or other coffee liqueur

  • 3 squirts Bols cacao white foam

Preparation method

  1. Place the vodka and Galliano into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain into a small cocktail glass and top with the foam.
