Bourbon snowball

Try Wayne Collins’ twist on a Christmas snowball with bourbon whiskey and white chocolate liqueur.


Preparation method

  1. Place the bourbon, white chocolate liqueur, caramel syrup and double cream into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well.

  2. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with ice and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
