
10 fresh blueberries, plus extra to garnish
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml/1fl oz pressed apple juice
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp blueberry liqueur
35ml/1½fl oz Canadian whiskey
ice cubes
Place the blueberries, lemon juice, apple juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker and crush lightly (muddle) with a long-handled spoon.
Add the blueberry liqueur, whiskey and ice cubes and shake well.
To serve, strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Thread the remaining blueberries onto a cocktail stick and hook over the side of the glass to garnish.
