Blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 175ml/6fl oz apple juice

  • 120ml/4fl oz natural yoghurt

  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 170g/6oz blueberries (defrosted if frozen)

Preparation method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. To serve, pour into glasses.
