35ml/1½fl oz Effen black cherry and vanilla flavoured vodka
2 tsp raspberry liqueur
2 tsp dark chocolate liqueur
1 tsp ready-made raspberry purée
25g/1oz dark chocolate, melted
fresh black cherry, dusted with icing sugar, to garnish
Place all of the ingredients, except the fresh cherry, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard, then double strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh black cherry dusted with icing sugar and serve.
