Unfortunately the recipe binder is no longer available since it has not been working properly for some time. Our technical team had been investigating the problem, but fixing the recipe binder will require further work. For this reason, the recipe binder has been removed from the site indefinitely.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause to our users. Like you, we're sad to have to remove such a popular application from the site.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, especially to those users who cannot access their recipe binder. We intend to create a new recipe binder application when resources and staffing levels allow, but this project has yet to be scheduled.
