
assortment of berries, such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries (or whatever is available)
dash of kirsch, cherry liqueur or blackcurrant liqueur
champagne or cava
Blend half of the berries with the liqueur.
Place the rest of the berries in the bottom of two champagne flutes.
Pour the liqueur and berry mix into the glass followed by the champagne.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
