
1 passion fruit, pulp only
1 tbsp passion fruit liqueur
35ml/1¼fl oz cachaca, or similar sugar cane liquor
50ml/2fl oz condensed milk
slice passion fruit
Place the passion fruit pulp, passion fruit liqueur, cachaca, condensed milk and one handful of crushed ice into a cocktail shaker or large glass. Cover and shake the contents well.
To serve, place another handful of crushed ice into a glass tumbler. Strain the cocktail mixture and pour the liquid over the ice. Hook the passion fruit slice over the rim of the glass.
