Preheat the grill to medium.
Place the baby scallops on a baking tray.
In a food processor, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and lemon zest.
Season the mix with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and sprinkle it over the scallops.
Drizzle a little oil over the scallops and cook under the grill for a couple of minutes until crisp on top and scallops are cooked through.
