Avocado hummus

A great combination of guacamole and hummus with a spike of hot Tobasco - scoop up with toasted pitta bread.


Preparation method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Transfer the avocado hummus to a bowl and cover with cling film. Chill in the fridge for one hour.

  3. Serve in bowls with pitta breads.
