A twist on a Horse's neck

Ingredients

To serve
  • drizzle crème de cassis

  • sprig fresh mint

Preparation method

  1. Place the strip of lemon zest into a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice, then place the blackberries on top.

  2. Pour the whisky over the ice cubes, then top up the glass with the ginger ale.

  3. To serve, drizzle the crème de cassis onto the surface of the cocktail. Hook the mint sprig and remaining blackberry over the side of the glass.
