Asian-style fish soup


Preparation method

  1. Place the fish head and tail into a saucepan along with the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  3. To serve, remove the fish head and tail from the soup and discard. Pour the soup into a warm serving bowl.
