
50ml/2fl oz sake
½ lemongrass stalk, roughly chopped, plus one whole stalk to garnish
2 tsp coconut cream
1 slice green chilli
2½ tsp lime juice
handful ice
Place the sake, lemongrass, coconut cream, chilli and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and mash or 'muddle' together with the end of a clean rolling pin.
Add the ice, place the lid onto the shaker and shake well.
Strain the liquid into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemongrass stalk.
