25ml/1fl oz pink lady apple juice
50ml/2fl oz apple vodka
20ml/1fl oz green apple flavoured Sourz, or similar sour apple liqueur (available from specialist drinks suppliers)
slice of fresh apple
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a tall coupette glass and garnish with the apple slice.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
