
This autumnal cocktail is an apple crumble in a glass - fruity, spicy and warming.
35ml/1¼fl oz whisky
1 tbsp apple liqueur
2 tsp lemon juice
pinch mixed spice
1 tbsp Bramley apple sauce
dash sugar syrup
1 tsp Bramely apple sauce
1 digestive biscuit, crushed
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and garnish with a teaspoon of apple sauce and a sprinkling of the biscuit.
