For the leek garnish

Preparation method

  1. For the antipasti platter, arrange all of the antipasti on a wooden board or large plate.

  2. For the leek garnish, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot. Add the sliced leek, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir fry until golden-brown and crisp.

  3. To serve, garnish the platter with the leeks.
